Yes! We allow additional rented hours to be added to our wedding packages as well as rental opportunities for photo shoots, family parties, showers, and corporate events.  Please contact us for further details. 

Can the property be rented for additional hours or events?

Yes! For a sparkler exit, we only allow 18-24” sparklers and they must be lit 9’ away from the venue in a designated area specified by Providence Vineyard. Providence Vineyard does not provide sparklers and they must be extinguished properly into a sand bucket provided by our staff.

Are we allowed to have sparklers for a send off?

We include an onsite venue manager throughout your rental time. We encourage you to hire a wedding coordinator who we believe will be able to best serve you in this capacity.

We do have Month/Day of Coordinators and you can reserve their services. Please contact us for pricing.

Do you include a wedding coordinator in our rental package?

Providence Vineyard staff will provide set up and take down of all tables and chairs.

Will we need to set up our own tables and chairs?

Providence Vineyard is a non-smoking facility. We do have a designated outside area for your guests to smoke, however we are a non-smoking facility inside, including e-cigs. Please make sure all guests are made aware of our designated areas.

Are our guests allowed to smoke?

Yes, we require a $1,000.00 security deposit at the time of signing the contract. You will receive your deposit back in 14 business days after your event, after a thorough inspection to our venue & property has been completed.

Is there a security deposit?

ALL alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. No kegs are allowed on property.

What is your alcohol policy?

We require event insurance for every event, and are happy to recommend WedSafe.  Most policies cover the following:
• Most lawsuits from your guests
• Bodily injury for your guests
• Property damage to your event location
• Host Liquor Liability

What is event insurance?  Do I need it?

50% of the rental fee secures your date. The final payment is due 90 days before your event.

How do I reserve my date?

No, however we highly recommend them! Using a preferred vendor eliminates the potential for a bad experience.
• Caterers MUST be licensed and insured.
• Bartenders MUST be licensed and insured.

Do we have to use your preferred vendors?

Yes, the venue offers handicap parking and is handicap accessible throughout.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

You may have an outdoor ceremony under the pergola overlooking the vineyard, numerous places throughout the vineyard, under the oak tree ($750 additional fee) or in the vintage white barn.

What ceremony sites do you offer?

Yes, Providence Vineyard Barn is fully heated and air conditioned.

Is the building climate controlled?

Yes, we included 60” round tables and cross back chairs for 300 guests for your use during your reception and indoor ceremony. We also provide 300 chairs for outdoor ceremonies. Handcrafted harvest tables are available for rental.

Are tables and chairs included?

You have exclusive use of Providence Vineyard Friday and Saturday from 11am - 11pm. Music and bar conclude at 10:30pm. Sunday-Thursday contract time is from 11am-9pm. Music and bar conclude at 8:30pm. Vendors will have an additional hour for clean up on all days.

What are the hours of rental?

We can accommodate 300 guests.
