We pride ourselves on being available to our couples throughout the planning process. We know there are a lot of decisions to make, and at times it can feel overwhelming or confusing. Every couple’s planning journey is unique, however there are things that many have in common.
Having to decide on a guest count, a budget, a date, a venue, general wedding vibe… all these decisions have to be made before you can decide on many of the other things. One small step at a time is what it takes to plan a wedding.

This soft and ethereal wedding also checked the “something blue” box. We love a timeless color palette as much as a colorful one, but there really is something special about shades of blue.
Hannah & Jarrett both have infectious personalities and their wedding party was full of the same. We had a great time watching them enjoy the moments together. Laughter, happy tears, epic sing-alongs. They really had it all.
For the decor, the touches of blue were coordinated and cohesive from the ceremony to the reception. Their tables were decorated with greenery + taper candle centerpieces, accented with blue napkins and glassware. It struck the perfect balance between romantic, elegant, and beautifully understated. We loved that they opted for an interesting floorplan too. This is one of the most underrated design elements of your day: FLOW!
They had a beautiful “King’s Table” in the center of the room that acted as their head table, while the remaining guests were seated at rounds. This not only created a focal point, but also had a bit of a dinner party vibe, which was perfect for their guest list. Their three tier white wedding cake accented with fresh florals rested beautifully on one of our wine barrel accent tables.
The day flowed smoothly thanks to their wedding planner, Monarch Creative. While we have on-site staff to assist on the wedding day, a wedding planner is an additional layer of peace of mind and incredibly helpful for coordinating all the “non venue” things that come up before, during and after the wedding.
